Yves Moutran

Managing Partner

Yves Moutran was a partner with Intuitis, which he joined in 2017. Before joining Intuitis, Yves had founded and run Moutran Saint Elias, a family office he established in 2008 to invest in French and American companies. Mr. Moutran began his career in 1995 as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, then was in charge of business planning and special projects at Cegetel Entreprises before joining Wendel Investment in 2000, a French Private Equity firm of which he became a Managing Director and a member of the investment and executive committees. Mr. Moutran has served on the boards of numerous publicly traded and privately-owned companies, including Bureau Veritas, Neuf Cegetel, Materis, Wheelabrator, Trader Classified, Test America, Millrock Technologies, and Eastern Industrial Services. In his twenties, he served in the French army as a second lieutenant, earned a Master of Science (1995) in engineering from École Polytechnique and a Master in Business Administration (2000) from Harvard Business School.

Cyril Moutran

With over two decades of experience in tech entrepreneurship, Cyril has co-founded multiple successful ventures, including Friendly (acquired by Sensor Tower) and Feedly. His expertise spans product development, corporate strategy, and software engineering. Cyril has also been a seed investor and strategic advisor for numerous startups, including Fieldwire, Sunrise, and Breadwallet. His diverse background includes leadership roles at companies like Vignette, Epicentric, and Netscape Communications.
